EU declaration on One World Religion of good works

Following is the full text of the Declaration on Interfaith and Intercultural Dialogue signed by the European leaders in the presence of His Majesty King Abdullah.

King Abdullah of Jordan and EU Presient Barosso forms a New One World Religion.

Noting that approximately 55 per cent of the world’s population is either Christian or Muslim; and that perhaps 80 per cent of the world’s population is either Christian, Muslim, Jew, Hindu, Buddhist, Taoist or Confucian.

Concerned about the ever-renewed tensions between adherents of different religions and in particular between Christians, Muslims and Jews.

Realising the impossibility of true peace and harmony in the world without harmonious relations and understanding between adherents of the world’s religions.

Mindful of the possibility of misusing, “cherry-picking” and citing out of context selected quotations from any Scripture to increase religious tension, hatred and violence.

Appreciating the efforts of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ben Al Hussein of Jordan in launching the historic Amman Message in November 2004 and in particular the unanimous international Islamic Consensus on its “Three Points” which proved and reestablished the fallacy of illegitimate and unqualified fatwas calling for hostility and aggression in Islam and, in the words of the late Grand Imam and Sheikh Al Azhar Professor Dr Muhammad Sayyid Tantawi, constitute:

“The best resource for all those who wish to travel along the straight path in their words and in their actions, and in their spiritual and religious life.”

Acknowledging that despite the many irresolvable and unbridgeable theological and religious differences and disagreements between Judaism, Christianity and Islam, there is nevertheless a central and essential common ground of faith, hope and love between these three monotheistic and Abrahamic religions.

As proposed by the historic A Common Word Open Letter of October 13th 2007 – in the greatest Two Commandments of Love of God and Love of the Neighbour (Matthew 22:34-40 and Mark 12:29-31), however differently they be understood.

The Italian Pope and the British Pope deny the cross.

Echoing the words of His Holiness Pope Benedict at the King Al Hussein Ben Talal Mosque in Amman, Jordan, on Saturday, 9 May 2009, when His Holiness said:

“Of great merit too are the numerous initiatives of inter-religious dialogue supported by the Royal family [of Jordan]… and the more recent Common Word letter which echoed a theme consonant with my first encyclical:

The unbreakable bond between love of God and love of neighbour, and the fundamental contradiction of resorting to violence or exclusion in the name of God (cf. Deus Caritas Est, 16).”

And likewise the words of His Grace Dr. Rowan Williams, the Archbishop of Canterbury in 2010:

“The appearance of the A Common Word [Open Letter] of 2007 was a landmark in Muslim-Christian relations and it has a unique role in stimulating a discussion at the deepest level across the world.”

Believing, moreover, that all the peoples of the world are bound together not only by their common humanity and their common planet Earth, but also by either Love of God and Love of the Neighbour or Love of the Good and Love of the Neighbour.

Supporting United Nations General Assembly Resolution A/65/PV.34 of October 20th 2010 establishing a voluntary World Interfaith Harmony Week as proposed by His Majesty King Abdullah II Ben Al Hussein of Jordan on September 23rd 2010 at the United Nations General Assembly, and calling for:

“The world’s people, in their own places of worship, could express the teachings of their own faiths about tolerance, respect for the other, and peace.”

Hoping that observance of the World Interfaith Harmony Week will prove to be, in the words of His Grace Bishop Munib Yunan, president of World Federation of Evangelical Lutheran Churches and the Orthodox Patriarch of Jerusalem and the Holy Land, His Beatitude Patriarch Theophilus III:

“An integrated international renaissance of spirit and intellect to save the world from the scourge of sectarian tensions, consequent communal violence and hatred.”

Call upon all governments, peoples and religions of the world to – in the words of the A Common Word Open Letter:

“Let our differences not cause hatred and strife between us. Let us vie with each other only in righteousness and good works. Let us respect each other, be fair, just and kind to one another and live in sincere peace, harmony and mutual goodwill.”

    1. To NFP,

Jesus Christ specifically told us Matthew 24:36 “No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.

So your predictions or Nostradum’s predictions are false.

Also the recent disasters: are signs of the times, which Jesus Christ gave us. He said when you see these things happen (earthquakes, famine) you know my coming is near.

    2. “Why did the Mayans end their calendar on that date which happens to coincide with the winter solstice?”

Because they ran out of room…

Seriously, though, “So what can ordinary people to prepare for what will come? ”

Confess your sins to Jesus the Christ, repent and accept His forgiveness and hope for salvation. Anything else is a waste of time…

    3. for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God,no amount of good works will be good enough to get us into heaven if we could get to heaven based on all the good things we have done in our life time then the lord JESUS would not have had to die on the cross at calvary for the sins of mankind ,we cannnot get to heaven by our own methods we have to look at GODS word and find out what GOD says about eternal life, and that is that GOD requires all people to repent of there sins and turn to from sin and put there faith in GODS son THE LORD JESUS CHRIST for salvation and eternal life, not in this world or its system it cannot save anyone only the presious blood of the lord JESUS CHRIST has the power to save US from eternal damnation and hell.

  1. The Italian Pope and the British Pope I think are nothing but puppets for the Prince to come (Antichrist). It´s amazing that just in front of our eyes, many powerfull and pagan persons are cooperating in constructing a worldwide network on purpose “to save the world and the environment”, but, wich in time to come, will be used mainly for the support of the Antichrist. But most people will not believe and can not imagine that this person pointed out, is turning to be that evil. They all forget that this person, when in given power, will be obsessed by Satan.
John D. Christian has written an astonishing book, Antichrist and the Green Prince, June 2009. The evidence on the topic is overwhelming.
The following short passage, related to the article obove, is from that book:

As time quickly progresses, possibly as soon as the KJV Bible celebrations in 2011 or the Queen’s Jubilee in 2012, watch for the invalid Pope in Rome, who is now no less than a Masonic puppet, holding friendly discussions with the Archbishop of Canterbury about taking the unusual steps to merge the Anglican Church of England with the Roman Catholic Church, to precipitate, the crowning of Prince Charles, not as king of Great Britain as Defender of the Faith, but as the Masonic, coming “World Philosopher King,” “Defender of Faith” – all faiths – now of all the pagan cultures and religions of the world.

(If you Google this passage, you will be able to download the book.)

  2. All the false religions teach works as the means of being saved. The names of their deities, matters not. They all pridefully teach works as the means of being saved. Even apostate so-called christianity that goes with the lordship salvation lie, teaches works as the means of being saved.

True Christianity teaches salvation without works, but only by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ as personal Savior.

  3. The real problem in this world is islam and atheist.i can share the gospel with a hindu or a buddhist and have a good conversation without any hostility. Try to talk to a muslim and a atheist about jesus. and see what happens, it depends where you are if you are in the usa they have a little more control because of the law , but still.Nobody cries and complaint more in this world than muslims and atheist they are a bunch cry babies and i dont consider homosexuals a problem because is a stupid choice and if you talk to them about jesus with a brother that is clean from that perverse sin you can have a good conversation, but can you imagine a gay atheist and a gay muslim versus a spiritual gay who is living in sin because he made that choice to be gay nobody made it for him so his problems are not my problem, my only concern is that they get to hear the gospel and get cleanse from their sins by jesus christ.what i mean by spiritual gay is raise from a christian home and then later in life made the choice to be gay.

  4. Jesus is the Prince of Peace. He told his disciples that no one can approach the Father except through himself. He is the mediator between mankind and JHWH. The sacrifice of his perfect life has removed the punishment of the Adamic death from all mankind – if they wish to avail themselves of that gift. Jesus promised that those who love life can have life in abundance through himself. Everlasting life.

Jesus is the only rightful king over the heavens and earth, while still being subject to his Father, because he reigns with justice, righteousness, love and power. His promises are clear in Revelation chapters 20 to 22.

I understand that Islam recognises him only as a prophet amongst other prophets. Yes, he was/is a prophet, but also much more. He is the only begotten son of God

JHWH Himself testified to that when Jesus was baptised by John All those repentant people present at the Jordan heard the voice from heaven say: “This is my son, the beloved, whom I have approved.” Matthew 3:17

There is a wide gap between the ‘sheep’ and the ‘goats’ in Jesus’ parable. The goats, who do not merit everlasting life, are put on the left side because they do not support Jesus’s ‘little ones’ – his followers. He said: “to the extent that you did not do it to one of these least ones, you did not do it to me.” Matt 25:45

Jesus himself will sort out the people on this earth, because he sees deep into the heart of everyone. Meanwhile, as far as it depends upon ourselves,we must try to be peaceable with all. Romans 12:17-20.

My deceased brother was an atheist. That was OK with me, because everyone has a right to their own beliefs. Therefore I didn’t discuss the bible with him because I knew it would irritate him. But that wasn’t enough for him. He actually disowned me, his only sister, because I live a Christian life. Not nice. But we must hate the sin, not the person.

Jesus asked forgiveness for the people shouting for his death “because they know not what they do”. I hope God has forgiven my brother. I certainly have.
