“We Christians cannot speak about the Promised Land for the Jewish people”.
In a special interview with Die Tagespost last week, Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem Fouad Twal, named by Pope Benedict to represent the Vatican in the Jewish State, declared that “Israel’s existence as such has nothing to do with the Bible.”
He then compared Christians’ condition in today’s Jerusalem with Jesus’ Passion:
“We Christians never forget that even our Lord himself suffered and was mocked in Jerusalem.”
Twal’s position on Israel and the Bible has been embraced at the highest levels in the Catholic Church.
The Vatican synod in 2010 declared that Israel cannot use the Biblical concept of a promised land or a chosen people.
“There is no longer a chosen people. The concept of the promised land cannot be used as a base for the justification of the return of Jews to Israel and the displacement of Palestinians.”
Backed by the Catholic clergy, for the first time in history the Palestinians asked the United Nations’ cultural body to register Bethlehem’s Church of the Nativity under the name of “Palestine.”
According to Omar Awadallah, who heads the UN department in the PA Foreign Ministry, “Jesus is the Palestinian prince of hope and peace and Christians all over the world want that church to be a World Heritage site.”

The good News, is that The Roman Catholic Church again expose true antisemitism. What the heart is full off, will come out of her Bishops and Cardinals. The whore of Babylon can not deny her master Lucifer.
It is good news that this antisemitic slur, will keep the Jews safe from accepting the antichrist in Rome. It has again become obvious that “god” of the Vatican can not be trusted. He is the Father of all lies.
The mix of the Replacement theology of Rome and “Arab Palestinian” liberation theology is a deadly cocktail. This stuff is based on the same good old ancient Jew-hate you find in the book of Esther.
The bad news is that many Jews are likely to take a stand against Jesus as their promised Messiah. I hope and pray that sensible Jews will reject those who mock God of the Bible. They are as anti-Jewish in their heart as the Nazi-leaders in Germany and Italy. Both Hitler and Mussolini were as good Roman Catholics as Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem Fouad Twal. All of them sons of Hell.
Stand up for the state of Israel. Stand up for the Jews right to live in a liberated homeland.
If you do so, Yeshua (Jesus) the Messiah will love you for doing the Fathers will. Do not side with the enemies of he truth, who mock God in the name of a copy-cat “Jesus”.

This is a little off the subject, Ivar, but did you ever wonder at the “bishop’s mitre” that the Pope wears in this picture? My husband says that when he was a Catholic, he always called it the “fish hat”. He was highly amused to find out that the design really was taken from the headgear worn by the priests of the Babylonian “fish-god,” Dagon. I have read the book “The two Babylon’s”. It is an interesting book, and it exposes a lot of paganizem that has been launched into claimed Christianity. It also exposing Rome to have tried to replace the Old Testament priesthood of Arron and Levi. These two priesthood;’s can not be replaced by non-Jews. Whatever we might feel about these two priesthoods.
After the Temple in Jerusalem was destroyed, these two priesthood’s simply do not have an authorized place of worship. Rome replaced the temple too, and moved it to the former site of the worship of Jupiter in Rome. It is today called “The Vatican”.
In regards to the New Testament priesthood, all who are not spiritually blinded, can see that Rome represent paganizem presented as “Christianity”.
Sad that so many are so blind. I almost cried when I saw the “sacred stairs” picture. All those people earnestly following the RCC into pagan idolatry. I try to wake some up–but they are very resistant. They only know the Scripture that the RCC uses to justify their theology. I always try to encourage them to read the whole word for themselves. That is how my husband was saved out of the RCC. It makes him angry and sad that so many of his relatives have died as Catholics and others are still trapped there.
