Iranian president says those who are for humanity should also be for eradicating Israel.
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said that Iran was determined to eradicate Israel, ISNA news agency reported Thursday.
“Iran believes that whoever is for humanity should also be for eradicating the Zionist regime (Israel) as symbol of suppression and discrimination,” Ahmadinejad said in an interview with a Lebanese television network, carried by ISNA.
The Iranian president provoked international condemnation in 2005 when he said that Israel should be eliminated from the map of the Middle East and transferred to Europe or North America.

While US and EU are busy using NATO to bring democracy to Libya, Iran has got off the hock.
No doubt that Colonel Gaddafi is one of the most mad and cruel dictators ever. But what makes him a batter or worse leader than Mahmoud Ahmadinejad?
Unlike Ahmadinejad, Gaddafi has been given a red carpet in Rome, London and Paris.
Unlike Ahmadinejad, Gaddafi has not threaten to wipe another nation off the face of the Earth.

President Ahmedinejad was showing some signs of getting better like an alcoholic on a detox program but it looks like he has slipped back to the bottle again. Last week the Iranian leadership clique said that they would resume nuclear talks with the P5+1. The meeting in Istanbul in January on this issue was promising. The Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is trying to get them to see reason. The Iranians must be very careful. Intention is everything. If he really wants to carry through with his threat of violent action against Israel he will lose and the Iranian people will suffer. There could be a terrible war and many people will die but the Iranians will be the biggest losers. Israel, America and their other allies could seriously hurt the Iranian nation if they were pushed to do so. Hopefully this talk to the Lebanese news outlet was just bluster and pandering to an audience. The proof of the pudding is in the coming days and weeks in regards to Iranian foreign policy announcements regarding the nuclear talks. If the Iranian leadership clique is secretly happy with all the violence in the Holy Land and that Israelis are dying or being hurt they are going to reap the whirlwind.

This is an old argument, what holds more weight;Torah or Takanot? I say Torah. There are many admonitions in scripture that warn, not to add to to the words that are written in the Torah. Deut12:32, Deut.4:2,Prov.30:5-6 and Rev.22:18-19.
I have some difficulty following your logic; Isaac has many spiritual encounters with GOd at beer-lehai-roi and somehow this translates to`some kind of understanding of what? The fact that it is Isaac and not Ishmael, whom GOd is meeting with at beer-lehai-roi, speaks more to Isaacs favored position, and not Ishmael’s.
There is a reason that Sarah wanted Hagar and Ishmael to be cast out. Gen. 21:9, And Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyption, whom she had borne to Abraham, scoffing.
And the promise of a son was not only made to Abraham, but was also promised to Sarah, and not to Hagar. Abraham did not send Hagar and Ishmael away in a casual manner. Gen 21:11-12, And the matter was very displeasing in Abrahams sight because of his son. But God said to Abraham, Do not let it be displeasing in your sight because of the lad or because of your bondwoman. Whatever Sarah has said to you, listen to her voice; for in Isaac your seed shall be called.
