Iran is one of the few, if not the only member of United Nations that has threaten to destroy another UN member.

Still NATO and the UN has done close to nothing to remove Iran’s capabilities to build a nuclear bomb.
Many western companies have rather supplied Iran with the technology, and Russia and China is major military and trade partners with Iran.
Now Iran has launched a ballistic missile. That is a proof that shortly even the USA will be within reach of the Iranian bomb.

To say that Iran has not threaten to destroy Israel, is a blunt lie. You can google Ahmandinejad, and you will find multiple examples of such a treat.
That Libya has no nuclear weapons, makes the nation an easy target for NATO. The US do not know what to do with nuclear North Korea, where the atrocities against Human rights are much worse than in Libya. The totalitarian regime of China will not be attacked by NATO, for obvious reasons.
The Arabic League stopped attacking Israel after the 1973 war for the same obvious reason. Israel has nuclear weapons (not confirmed my the Jewish state), and will use them if they face another Holocaust.
