After Obama’s Middle East speech calling for a divided Israel, Religious Leaders write President Obama, urging him to take immediate action before it’s too late.

Political and religous leaders surround Israel on every side, demanding a deathly compromise.
More than 25 different organizations of Jewish, Muslim and Christian faith echo Obama’s pleas for Israel to return to an indefensible 1967 borders. They are hoping that Obama can push the deal over the edge for the sake of “peace.”
Cardinal Theodore McCarrick, archbishop emeritus of Washington, and Bishop Howard J. Hubbard of Albany, New York, chairman of the Committee on International Justice and Peace of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB), were among the signers.
They urged Obama to visit Jerusalem soon and meet with Israeli and Palestinian leader to restart negotiations soon.
The letter stated:
“the United States, in coordination with the Quartet, should continue to respond carefully to the new Palestinian unity agreement and not act precipitously to cut off aid to the Palestinians,” but said the Palestinian “unity government must commit itself to rejecting violence and negotiating a peace agreement with Israel.”
Leaders promised their “prayers and public support for active, fair and firm U.S. leadership for peace” and they urged “Congress to support this effort.”
The leaders also plan on placing an advertisement in Politco media-outlet.

My Comment:
Israel is surrounded on every side. We know this is really a spiritual battle. We know this must happen, because it is written about in the Bible. However, the Lord is bigger and greater than all of Israel’s enemies and has not forgotten His people.
The inter-religious push for a divided Israel is the work of the antichrist and world leaders lust for a false peace that will bring world religion into view. They will do all they can to achieve it, including selling their own souls.
There will be no peace until King Jesus returns.
President Obama now says he was misunderstood. But the American people know better. Obama’s speech has been received with quite a back-lash from Americans. They continue to stand with Israel no matter what the President says and know his request was ridiculous and absurd. The President now has to make damage-control a priority, saying it was all a misunderstanding.
But there is no misunderstanding; it’s the game plan of the antichrist. And those who seek the scriptures know how it all ends. Pray for the peace of Israel and for all of it’s inhabitants to accept Jesus and Lord, King and Savior.
Ezekiel 13:10
“‘Because they lead my people astray, saying, “Peace,” when there is no peace, and because, when a flimsy wall is built, they cover it with whitewash,
Jeremiah 8:11
They dress the wound of my people as though it were not serious. “Peace, peace,” they say, when there is no peace.
