The Pope visited St. Rose. The skull and bones are dressed up like a Catholic nun.
I have seen a lot of bones and skulls adored and venerated by the Roman Catholic Church. But I never thought I would see these skeletons dressed up like Catholic Nuns. Like St. Rose.
Even an iron ring has been put around her head, to symbolize her lost glory.

The Pope is in need of deliverance. What is the Pontiff doing in front of this skull and mummified body in Viterbo in central Italy?
Pope Benedict XVI next to Viterbo bishop Mons. Lorenzo Chiarinelli looks at the mummified body of St. Rose inside the St. Rose’s shrine during his visit at Viterbo, central Italy, Sunday, Sept. 6, 2009.
What is the Pope doing here?
What kind of spirits do the Pope submit to, when he pray in front of a skeleton of a lady that has been “preserved”, and dressed up like a nun?
The most bizarre pictures you might ever see are those of St. Cathrine. She is dressed up like a nun, completely, even with the black head cover.
St. Catherine or whoever this skeleton might be was never laid to rest, but put for public display by the Vatican.
Lets take a closed look at this Italian lady Catherine, whose skull and bones have been made “holy”.

We must pray that the skulls of these Polish nuns visiting the Vatican will not be dressed like the one of St. Catherine,

The head of Catherine is sometimes moved, and kept separately for display. The priests have also changed her dress.
It might be difficult to believe that this is the truth. Please visit this Catholic web-site a look around for your self.
Not all the Roman Catholic ladies have been as “lucky” as St. Catherine or St. Rose, their skeletons dressed up to be adored. The tragic end of St. Agnes might be a warning to us all. Her skull was separated from her bones, and put for display for adoration of veneration inside a golden box.
The skull of Saint Agnes of Rome, Saint Agnes in Agony Church, Piazza Navona, Rome, Italy; swiped with permission from the flickr account of Brother Lawrence Lew, OP

The Basilica of St. Agnes in Rome:

From outside you will not get the real story. Inside you will find the adorable skull of St. Agnes of Rome.
The skull can be adored and venerated, from outside this glass protected site.
You do not have to be a Roman Catholic priest, to be puzzled by the very idea of this skull being of a female. And you might also struggle to see anything holy about this gruesome sight inside a claimed to be a “Church”.

OMG!! This is so sickening. Looking at these pictures is like taking a trip to hell. It’s getting more and more gross each time.
As for the Pontiff needing deliverance is like asking the devil to repent and return to God!! No, no, no, this is never ever gonna happen for both.
Dear Jes.
Shalom, and thanks for blessing me with your comment.
As I have told, the Popes holds a sticky wicket. They are called “the Holy Father” . The Pope must change that. But made infallible by the Roman Catholic Church, He is trapped in the loop. Its like the chicken and the egg. Who came first?
Such horrible pictures to look at.
It is horrible that people pray to these bones, that when buried return to dirt.
Jesus Christ is the only one who resurrected, and is Holy. I hope many people see that before it’s too late.
Dear Gloria.
Shalom.
The Roman Catholic Church is a global cult, and their priests are a priesthood of Baal worshipers.
There is a good example in the second book of Kings, about what needs to be done with bone worshipers.
2 Kings 23:13-16
The king also desecrated the high places that were east of Jerusalem on the south of the Hill of Corruption—the ones Solomon king of Israel had built for Ashtoreth the vile goddess of the Sidonians, for Chemosh the vile god of Moab, and for Molech the detestable god of the people of Ammon. Josiah smashed the sacred stones and cut down the Asherah poles and covered the sites with human bones.
Even the altar at Bethel, the high place made by Jeroboam son of Nebat, who had caused Israel to sin—even that altar and high place he demolished. He burned the high place and ground it to powder, and burned the Asherah pole also. Then Josiah looked around, and when he saw the tombs that were there on the hillside, he had the bones removed from them and burned on the altar to defile it, in accordance with the word of the LORD proclaimed by the man of God who foretold these things.
(end of scriptures)
“Sacred poles of wood, stones and bones”. The Catholic priests pray and give offerings to Molech.
This is disrespectful to the dead, first of all. Digging up bodies is ungodly. Dressing up skeletons to be adored is idolatry. This is a good exposition. Thank you Ivar. This kind of thing needs to be seen. It looks like a Halloween horror movie, and it is what the RCC calls “holy”.
Dear Sue.
Shalom, and thanks for this comment.
I am sure 8 out of 10 Catholics will agree with you. The problem is that the large majority do not know what the Pope and his cardinals are doing behind closed doors. Today, with electronic camera’s everywhere, photo’s taken by Catholic priests and leaders will end up on facebook’s. Because such publishers are the 2 out of 10 Catholics who feel this is “holy”.
I have shown pictures like these to quite a few Roman Catholics. After they have seen evidence of such gruesome activities done by the claimed to be “Holy Father”, they have had sleepless nights. But: Better a nightmare a day, than to have to spend eternity in the flames of Hell. That will be the “fruits” of supporting such a corrupt and wicked religious movement.
Please keep on showing family and friends the truth about the Vatican. It is a matter of life or death.
what are they doing behind closed doors? please inform me because this is my religion and i have a right to know. i would be most appreciative if you would give me the information you have been given. i will only testify if i have all of my information positively proven.
Please don’t turn your American cultural prejudices into a universal maxim of decency. There is nothing ungodly or disrespectful about digging up bodies. This is a traditional Mediterranean custom, and was practiced by Jesus’ own people: when space is limited, bodies are traditionally uncovered after a number or years, the bones are collected, washed, and placed in an ossuary, so that the limited grave sites can be reused.
Can’t speak to the Roman Catholics, but the true Orthodox understanding about relics is part and parcel of belief in the Incarnation of God, and in salvation by faith and grace, in Jesus Christ.
http://orthodoxinfo.com/general/relics_place.aspx
James, “This is a traditional Mediterranean custom, and was practiced by Jesus’ own people”?? Can you provide ‘Biblical proof’ of this please (chapter and verse if necessary)?
I ask because the “majority” of this crap and nonsense is “man-made” traditional mess done to put a different face on death, mainly to ‘take away from what Christ did by His resurrection’.
Amazing how mankind puts a spin on what God/Jesus call unholy, in order to make it right in ‘their’ own eyes. This reeks of satan and man just follows as if it’s alright, rather than questioning what God/Jesus have to say about it “first”. Very sad and horrific folks.
The seven headed hydra of Rome IS the catholic church. Idol worship is strictly forbidden by God. The Vatican is a center of incredible evil.
Praying to the dead and maintaining corpses for idol worship is just insane. The atheists must love this stuff! I can hear them, “Look at these crazy people! Not only do the believe they didn’t crawl out of the sea to become a grand evolutionary development but they pray to dead bodies. They’re probably zombie lovers, as well.”
“They’re probably zombie lovers, as well.”
Yep! I agree, DeanH – good point.
and who knows how many “Real Zombies” they have in the vatican through contact with intelligent beings from out space otherwise what is their interest in the UFO’s. Now we know how spooky it is in their closet.
If you guys think this is a joke then why is the vatican trying to make contact with these ‘aliens or UFO’s? Perhaps they have already been in contact since the building of the “Tower of Babel”
Take a look at at this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2JF4w_QjZ4 – also see the other related videos.
The devil is calling on the demons? O, sure they’ll come even without an invitation. Read the book of Revelation whole of Chapter 9: praticularly 9:11 (weird number) however, 9:11 is Abbadan, or Apollyn, the ‘pit of hell’ that will be opened by God to let loose the ‘fallen angels’, these same ones were bound in chains in the deep underground of the earth at the time of the flood. The UFO’s or aliens are the offsprings (Rephaim) of the ‘fallen angels’(Nephillim) whose spirits went up into the universe and occupied the planets, and galaxies. This is a very true and important subject and no one seems to preach or teach on this. It’s high time someone started educating the world on this issue. Because if people do not walk in the footsteps of Yeshua(Jesus) then these demons are going to make hell out of their lives. I’m not saying this of my own understanding – God is saying so, in HIS WORD. We have to remember that ‘what happened in the beginning the same will happen in the end’. The vatican is the seed of satan (serpent seedline) therefore, God is calling out to His people, “Come out of her my people” The mother of all harlots…. http://www.comeoutofhermypeople.com/
Have any of you noticed at all how the skull of St Agnes of Rome actually looks compared to the other skulls? If you look closely her eyes look odd – I mean the eye sockets one of them has a weird “dip” in it and the nose well check that out as well! The nose area of the skull – well compare that to the other nose areas of the other skulls above and you will see a vast difference.
I believe this St Agnes person’s skull is not human!
Dear Melanie.
Shalom, welcome to this site.
In regards to St. Agnes, and the skull that is presented as ‘holy” in a Church in Rome:
You have done a very interesting observation. Since I am not a bone and skull specialist, I am not able to verify.
But with so many mad and demonized Roman Catholic priests around, it is not unlikely that they have collected some of their multiple skulls from the Zoo.
Let us venerate the bones….lol
I have just come across your website by accident. I was intrigued by your title of a skeleton dressed up as a nun. I presume the lady was a nun so fail to understand your surprise. I have visited the church in which St Jean Vianney is displayed and he is dressed as a Priest – because he was a Priest. And in Westminster Cathedral lies the body of St John Southworth also dressed as a Priest – because he was an ordained Priest.
I can’t quite understand why politics seem to enter your blog which seems to be full of errors regarding the Holy Catholic Church. If people wish to know the truth then they would be ill advised to read your posts. Sorry but I won’t be visiting again.
Dear Pelerin.
Shalom, and welcome to this site.
Is it correct to take dead bodies out from the grave?
Should not buried people stay buried?
Can a skull become holy?
Good question, what does holy mean? For instance; It says remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. But what does it mean to keep something holy?
The worshiping decayed dead bodies is disgusting btw and not biblical at all. Definitely something from horror movies or out of Ancient Egypt. But no surprise scripturally since the bible describes the Christian section of Jerusalem , where christ died, to be in the end times as Sodom and Egypt.
Your Comment: I have visited the church in which St Jean Vianney is displayed and he is dressed as a Priest – because he was a Priest.
My Comment:You claim that Ivar’s blog is full of errors when it comes to the catholic church, and in the same breath have visted these sites which cleary worship bones and such in their pagan practices.
Do you not know that it is Christ who created all things, and the worldly images you serve are nothing? It is Christ who shed his blood for us, and deserves all of the Glory.
The bible is clear on these horrific types and any other types of vainful worship.
Roman 1:22 Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools
23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles.
25 They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator–who is forever praised. Amen.
Jeremiah 1:16 says: And I will declare my judgments against them, for all their evil in forsaking me. They have made offerings to other gods and worshiped the works of their own hands.
Verily, verily, I say to you: Unless you eat of the flesh of the Son of Man you shall not have life within you. For His flesh is real food and His blood is real drink.
You people are incredibly uninformed. You don’t even get the name of the church right. St. Agnes “Agoniste” has nothing to do with “agony.” It is called that because the Piazza Navona was an area where athletes used to compete – agonistes – and the church means “St. Agnes, by where the Athletes used to compete.” As to the rest, it’s clearly a waste of time to explain to you the processes of canonization, or the use of relics, but Catholics don’t “pray to” them. They venerate them and remember, but only as a focus to prayer to Christ. You should all grow up, or at least try to become informed.
Dear Dolly.
Shalom, and welcome to this site.
The name of the Church, is the quote from the site where this picture of the skull can be found. It is only given as a reference, and your comment is besides the point.
Focus on the horrible skull, set up in this claimed to be a Church.
In regards to Catholic veneration of skull and bones, I suggest you rather go out and admire a nice sunset on the beach.
Dolly, the alarm is sounding for you and other catholics, it’s time to wake up and see the truth. Who are you worshiping, the angels, saints, the so called our lady (Mary) instead of Our King Yeshua(Jesus)?
Not much time is left to decide on eternity, make up your mind today who you shall serve; the God of Israel or the dumb gods of catholicism. The King of Heaven and Earth is already on His way, when He touches down on earth, He is not gonna rapture you to heaven but rather throw you and the catholic church into the lake of fire of no return. Do your study and may you find the truth.
Dear Jes.
Shalom, and thanks for helping people on this site. And in specially Dolly, loved by Jesus our Master.
Roman Catholics can not the see the truth, if they are not delivered from demonic oppression. Our job is to tell them the truth. After 1.500 year of systematic false teachings, the Vatican is doomed for death and destruction. Hundreds of Millions of Roman Catholics will follow their Pope and priests, into the eternal fire.
But not you, Dolly. Please repent, and get rid of this demonic yoke your parents have placed up on you from your childhood.
Dear Ivar,
I would be very joyful to see many Catholics leave the evil religion and return to the true God(YHVH) therefore, I am more straight forward with my comments hoping that Catholics will do their homework but not defend or debate. May the light of Jesus shine on them I pray.
In your last sentence you wrote: [Please repent, and get rid of this demonic yoke your parents have placed up on you from your childhood]
Well, I think that parents should not be blamed for being in this religion because they themselves are ignorant about it as it has been passed down through the ancestors who were forced into it. I won’t repeat the history but you know what Rome did to all nations, no one was spared though Jews and Christians suffered the most. It is sad because most Catholics do not know their true roots because these roots were uprooted with such horror that is unimaginable. I want the Lord Jesus to come back soon for I am truly sick of this sin-sick world.
Chanukah Blessings to you and all who visit this blog.
i love Jesus with all of my heart. in fact, i worship him! i worship Jesus Christ, i adore Mary (my mother), and i honor the saints. i explain better in examples:
A young girl loses her grandmother who was very close to her. years later< she finds herself in a part of life where one needs loving advice. having lost her grandmother, the only person she would ever feel comfortable talking with about this situation, she prays to her grandmother. praying is just a way of talking to those who are not tangibly with us. yes, we pray to Jesus and mary and the saints all the same, but we only worship Jesus. some people would say," but the saints are not your relatives. how can you know that they did the amazing things you have eard of if you weren't there to see it."
my answer is this:
don't we all feel proud when we learn a distant relative did something great. we may not have proof that we are actually related to that person, and we may have been born many hundreds of years too late to wittness that amazing thing, but we trust that our sources tell the truth. we trust and feel proud even though no wittnesses are still alive to corect us on details.
besides these things, aren't we all related to eachother in the end? shouldn't we pray to our brothers and sisters to tell them thanks for creating these lively holy stories which we will pass down in legend throughout our generations?
many people who see these miracles (not only catholics) kneel and pray infont of these holy men and women. if someone would have told these saints what would happen to their bodies after death, they most likely would have responded,"God's will be done". to them, whatever happens to their body after death won't matter when their soul is in heaven.
what is happening is the exact opposite of grave robbery. their remains are not revealed with horrible intentions< but instead the best kind of intentions. the pope and priests that do this venerating buisness do it to show the people of the world what Christ can do and how committing one's self wholly to the services of God can effect your whole being; body and soul. instead of being robbed of all of the precious valuables that were buried with these people, christians adorn the bodies with jewels and flowers of every type and color. this is not even close to what people would give to Jesus, so don't go and get any ideas about us treating the saints as if they were our savior. we love our Lord more than all the saints combined. people like to omagine what catholics pray about, but the truth is you can't judge people on what they pray about.no one can simply walk into a church and hear the thoughts of everyone praying and hear what they are praying for/about. therefor don't make guesses and estimates. the only thing you can be sure of is that we pray about people who need it; we pray for the saints to recommend our prayers and needs to God; and we pray TO Jesus the everlasting Lord and Savior. We say we pray to the saints sometimes, but who doesn't slip up on words occasionally? the saints are our brothers and sisters ready to hear our prayers and give us advice through their Lord's administration and law.
i love you all, my brothers and sisters in Christ!
we admire the saints,
we honor mary,
we worship Jesus.
this is all you have to remember about catholics. it should also be the only thing you have to say about us, but i will let God hande that lesson.
Dear Dashti.
Shalom.
You wrote:
we admire the saints,

My reply:
You worship the saints
You have falsified the truth about Mary
You promote a false Jesus.
Dashti.
How do you know Mary hears you or saints? These are attributes belonging to God.
Dashti.
How do you know Mary hears you or saints? These are attributes belonging to God alone. Where in scripture did the apostles pray to dead people?
In Him.
Sue
i want to be understanding and still be able to voice my oppinion without being rude or insulting. i really do want to understand everyone’s point of veiw, so i guess i’ll ask questions.
1)what is your personal definition of worship, explain it in your own words.
2)what do you call the people that have made it to heaven.
3)what is your oppinion on mary, the mother of God. what do YOU call her?
4)do you celebrate lent?
these are a few simple questions that come straight from my curiosity. i would be most thankful if you would answer them for me, because i would like to bring both sides of the faith together in an understanding of one another. please feel absolutely free to ask any questions that are bugging you about the catholic religion. i will try to answer them to the best of my abilities.
to ivar:
im sorry to be so blunt, but i dont know what kind of catholics you have been talking to. i personally (personally as in i only know positively what i think and have no clue about other people) dont really worship anyone but Jesus. i love the saints as my brothers and sisters, as i love you, i love mary as my mother and friend, and i love Jesus as my savior. i love him as someone who has died for me (how ironic) or as…. well, there is really no way to describe love for Jesus. im sure you feel this way about Christ, too.
to sue:
really, to be truthful, i dont have any proof (and a dream i once had including God. ask me if you want to hear the story). then again, there is the realization that the only proof i personally have of my faith is a book that could have been written by anyone. does that mean im going to completely dismiss the thought of there really being a loving God out there that wants me to believe in him and embrace his generocity, no way. i live off of faith and grace (plus a little food and water now and then)(that food and water thing was a joke by the way). most people do. there is some magnificent proof out there, but i know not enough about it to share. your second post mentioning the apostles intrigued me. surely you must know that no one could enter to heaven before Jesus died. after Jesus did die, the apostles still didnt have any saints to pray to. the apostles died before anyone else had the time to committ their lives to Christ, and die. by the way, almost all the apostles are saints, too. just though you might find that interesting.
i love you all!!!!
~dashti~
Start up the Jackhammers and start destroying the walk of fame in hollywood, Ca…why? There are prints of feet and hands of mostly dead people. If someone famous dies, we should hide their pictures as well…because they are dead! OMG Dude, these people that are now part of the buildings are former church goers of that church that requested to become one body with the church of christ here on earth while their soul is with him in heaven. It a reminder that we are but a blooming flower. Have you never dried a flower from prom and kept it? Same applies here, a special person, holy person is remembered and celebrated for hearing the word of God and keeping it. Thanks for the beautiful pictures…as a catholic it was very helpful and inspiring. I am proud to belong to the only true church founded by Peter the apostles and still heaed by his office today by Pope Benedict 16th. We love our Pope!
Dear Bill The Great
Shalom, and welcome to this site.
You wrote:

My reply:
That is an amazing observation.
So all the Catholics who are not a part of the decoration inside their Church, is not a part of the body of Christ on Earth?
Whatever skull who has not been placed inside the wall of this claimed to be “Holy Church”, failed to be redeemed by the papists?
There was someone who wrote in this blog, that many of these skulls are not from humans, but collected from among dead animals. I guess, like dead dogs. I would not at all be surprised what these perverted Catholic priests can do.
My best take of you message, is that the Catholic Church really is the very House of Demons, explained to us in the book of Revelation.
Revelation 18:2
With a mighty voice he shouted: “‘Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great!’ She has become a dwelling for demons and a haunt for every impure spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird, a haunt for every unclean and detestable animal.
In response to what Bill The Great says here:
***OMG Dude, these people that are now part of the buildings are former church goers of that church that requested to become one body with the church of christ here on earth while their soul is with him in heaven***
Hi Bill,
Are you phychic, a prophet or what to know that the above mentioned people are in heaven? And … just why are they in heaven, because they were good actors and actresses? Lol!!
And … will you go to heaven for following the pope or will you go to heaven for following the Jewish MESSIAH YESHUA(Jesus Christ)?
Something for you to ponder on very seriously.
Dear Jes.
Shalom.
Thanks for ministering to Bill, who need to reflect on the article, and his own comment. We who believe in Jesus the Messiah needs to take the Jewish Apostle Paul seriously.
Ephesians 5:11
Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.
Shalom Ivar,
Thanks for your comment and the scripture quote you’re right and… Yes, most take Paul writings very seriously, no objection to that, but I go straight to the teachings of Yeshua Messiah for He is the WORD Himself.
Dear Dashi,
First of all, I appreciate this debate because you write with a spirit of kindness and love which is of the utmost importance.
You said:
surely you must know that no one could enter to heaven before Jesus died. after Jesus did die, the apostles still didnt have any saints to pray to.
My comment:
Steven was the first to die. The apostles could have prayed to him being that all of them were alive except Steven.
The truth is “praying to saints” did not exist. In Judaism is would be pure idolatry. The apostles were Jewish and we should follow their example, not the tradition of men.
dear sue,
i thank you very much for saying that. i feel as if the only way to intervene in this unnecessary dispute between religions is with utmost kindness.
as for what has been said, i think i have a working hypothosis. there are many different religions that spread across the world, right? everyone is trying to convert each other and not many people are getting converted. i think if we ask more questions and give more kinly said explainations we can all come to a mild agreement. the Lord said he would come back. he did not say what he would look like or what he would be wearing. really, we dont know if he’ll be a male or female. all we really know is that he will come the same way he left. we should treat everyone in the kindest manner possible and not be so quick to accuse because there is a piece of the Lord in us all. of course we were made in the likeness of the Lord himself, but that in no way means that wew are prone to making mistakes. i think we all know that first-hand. that doesnt mean that we cant try to be as Christ-like as we possibly can. the saints are in my religion as a role model for all those who have trouble understanding to be
Christ-like. the saints are people who we can read about and relate to certain parts of hardship in their lives. i would also like to point out that most of the saints are martyrs. they gave up their lives for God and are remembered specially because of that. i found this website that might be interesting to you, but i didnt have time to read all of it : http://www.scripturemenu.com/BibleVerseList.html?topicid=47
i am very graetfull for all of the people that will sit down and spare the time to read all of this. i know at first glance it seems dreadfully long, but i struggle to find the right ways to say things and still keep it short. again, i thank you!!!
your sister through God,
~dashti~
i believe Jesus will probably reveal all the answers to our questions when he returns, so why fight about it now? he wants us to act like family and we (at least some of us) fight like cats and dogs. peace would be so peaceful to have right now…..lol.
love you, ~dashti~
“You will not allow your holy one to see corruption.” – Ps 15.
would anyone like to argue with the word of the Bible? i love you guys, but sometimes someone just has to be wrong.
That verse refers to Jesus, Dashti. He rose from the dead and did not rot in the grave.
yes, i know. but You are holy, i am holy, ivar is holy. Jesus is divinely holy, the saints were exceptionally holy. can you see where i’m coming from in this?
Dashti,
The only one who can be called Holy is Our Savior Jesus Christ. I am a sinner, Ivar is a sinner, Sue is a sinner, all saved by the blood of Jesus Christ, but we are not holy, nor were these so called “saints” holy.
It is only Jesus Christ Our King who is.
We are holy, we who are saved by the blood of Jesus.
We have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
Because by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy.
We are made perfect through Jesus.
Jesus makes us holy through his own blood.
Both the one who makes people holy and those who are made holy are of the same family. So Jesus is not ashamed to call them brothers and sisters.
Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word.
We are to purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God.
In view of God’s mercy, we are to offer our bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God–this is our spiritual act of worship.
Do you see all those decayed bodies of the Catholic Saints? Notice that they are decayed. Catholics claim that their Saint’s bodies don’t decay, they believe that because they have not understood the scriptures.
Jesus is the One whose body did not see decay.
Acts 13:35 So it is stated elsewhere: “‘You will not let your Holy One see decay.’
Psalm 16:10 because you will not abandon me to the grave, nor will you let your Holy One see decay.
Acts 2:27 because you will not abandon me to the grave, nor will you let your Holy One see decay.
Catholics don’t claim that the bodies of Saints don’t decay; however, the bodies of some declared saints remain uncorrupt. I have a hard time believing that any of these pictures are authentic because I saw the uncorrupt head of Saint Catherine of Sienna in 2009 and her skin looked as if she had only passed away a few days earlier (note: she died in the thirteenth century).
I don’t understand how your quoted Scripture verses are relevant to your point. Catholics don’t quote these to somehow justify a Scriptural basis for this natural phenomenon. They just don’t.
Dear Proud to be Catholic
Shalom, and thanks for this comment.
If there was only one skull and one corpse inside one Roman Catholic Church, it would be wrong to claim that the RCC is the very skull and bones society. But when skulls, bones and corpses are exposed and venerated in their thousands, we do not need to question if a photo or two are authentic.
Please take a look at the skull and bone files on this blog.
http://ivarfjeld.wordpress.com/category/vatican-skulls-and-bones/
In regards to scriptures, Jesus spoke about people who are full of dead man bones. I feel this verse is relevant for “Churches” who are filled up with this kind of dead stuff.
Well I think the church is the only good thing that exisit on earth the logic of good is the illogic of evil sometimes we should ask ourselves which is better making good or bad? and who is our ennemy ? Is it another man who was born the way ? No guess it is something else … Something evil that want us to be bad but for what ? To stay away from good ? So to choose the evil way that will take us to the abyss . But good will lead us to good some call it heaven but I call it jesus . everyone who is with Jesus is in the good way and who is not with Jesus is in the bad way which will lead to the loss of god in the end and in both ways it is a personal choice which we make by free will . So decide as we will live only for some 100 years what we will choose ? Help others or destroy them ??? Thanks for ur time …
Do some research, genius. The one in a Franciscan habit seated in the chair is St. Catherine of Bologna. The disembodied head in the glass case, wearing a Dominican veil, is St. Catherine of Siena. Neither relic has been moved for centuries. The skill on the table is neither. I have no idea who it is. Maybe a saint… but it looks more like a Vodoun altar to me.
Ok, first: eewwwwww. Second: “Thou shalt not make thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the waters beneath the earth.” Disgusting.
Nothing like venerating ROTTED BODIES. The RCC is a wacked out, insane cult with an equally insane leader (pope). But folks, if you think this is bizarre, google The Cadaver Synod.
What a horrible institution trying to claim it’s a “religion”. Sickening! Adoration of body parts, rotted faces…cavemen were smarter than the catholics of today!
This is so sad, sickening and worrisome.
If this is true, then we the members of this faith are lost really. It’s no wonder in Hebrews we are told “…people are perishing because of lack of knowledge.”
I’m just as speechless!!!
Don’t fret about relics Mburu: the veneration of relics is a true, ancient, Christian, Biblical practice. The power of relics is even recorded in the Old Testament:
2 Kings 13:21 (KJV)
And it came to pass, as they were burying a man, that, behold, they spied a band of men ; and they cast the man into the sepulchre of Elisha: and when the man was let down, and touched the bones of Elisha, he revived, and stood up on his feet.
The veneration of relics is part of truly believing in the Incarnation of God.

Look out Powerball, here I come!!
