Israeli FM: No more limbo. We want peace or war

February 10, 2010

The time has come to either trade peace for peace, or for Israel to defeat its enemies.

Hillary Clinton has been surprised by the bluntness of Avigdor Lieberman. No time for idle talks.

This is a statement of Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman.  On Monday he declared that the land-for-peace formula for ending the Middle East conflict has failed.

Speaking at a meeting of his Israel Beiteinu Party, Lieberman said, «It’s time to forget our obsession with territory in exchange for peace; all future agreements must be based on ‘peace in exchange for peace».

Lieberman is not the first Israeli official to point out that every land concessions Israel has made up until now has only resulted in increased violence and hostility on the part of the Arabs. In an interview that will appear in the upcoming issue of Israel Today, former Arkansas governor and US presidential candidate Mike Huckabee said the same thing.

Lieberman continued by noting that the most important thing has always been, and must remain, the defense of Israel’s right to exist.

«Peace is in fact our heart’s desire, but it is not more important than Israel’s existence as the state of the Jewish people or than lasting security for its citizens. We extend our hand in peace to enemies, but as long as they choose the path of war, we must be firm, return battle, and defeat the enemy», said Lieberman. «We must strive for victory instead of talking about possible compromise, interpreted as weakness by our enemies».

Lieberman’s remarks have thrown Israel’s left-wing opposition and left-wing parties that are in the current government into a frenzy. They insist that the true obstacle to peace is Lieberman himself, and that if their own policies of surrendering land were only given more time, peace could be achieved.

The Pope gets the booth by reformers in Costa Rica

February 10, 2010

500 years after the reformation, a wind of religious freedom strikes Costa Rica. Now protestant Christians can become teachers in religion.

The Pope has to find another place to lay his hat, than in public schools in Costa Rica.

CNA yesterday reported that Costa Rica’s Constitutional Court, by a vote of 4-3, struck down the agreement between the Catholic Church and the government. This agreement has given the Bishop’s Conference of Costa Rica the right to approve teachers of Catholic religion in public schools.

The arrangement, which allowed the Church to reject a teacher on moral grounds as well as knowledge of religion, was seen by those challenging it as an intrusion by bishops into affairs of the public schools.

My comment:

While Northern Europe got rid of the Papal yoke 500 years ago, the reformation did not come to Spanish Costa Rica before 2010.

It is easy to forget the Spain remained a Catholic Fascist dictatorship up to the year 1974. Slowly the Fascist grip is loosening also over Catholic Latin America

No doubt that Latin America has suffered a lot. Even after Latino colonialism ended, the American hispanish people have been under the yoke of religious dictatorship and monopoly.

Today there is rejoicing in Heaven over what has happened in Costa Rica.

Only 37 per cent in Gaza with favorable opinion on Hamas

February 10, 2010

Across predominantly Muslim nations, there is little enthusiasm for the extremist Islamic organizations Hamas and Hizbullah, although there are pockets of support for both groups.

Hamas seems to have more support in the British Parliament than in Gaza

Reservations about Hamas are particularly common in the portion of the Palestinian territories it controls – just 37 per cent in Gaza express a favorable opinion of Hamas, compared with 47 per cent in the West Bank.

While 61 per cent of Palestinians and 51 per cent of Jordanians have a favorable view of Hizbullah, only 43 per cent agree in Egypt and 35 per cent in Lebanon.

In Lebanon, 97 per cent of Shia Muslims express a positive opinion of Hizbullah, while only 18 per cent of Christians and 2 per cent of Sunni Muslims feel this way.

Iranian President Ahmadinejad was generally unpopular among most of the Muslim publics surveyed, with his highest ratings in the Palestinian territories (45 per cent  confidence).

51 per cent of Palestinians expressed confidence in al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden.

The «Economic miracle» of Ramallah funded by international donations

February 10, 2010

The Palestinians barely produce anything. Most of their GDP comes from government expenditures by the PA itself.

Salam Fayad keeps the donors happy. The return on their money is victory over the Jewish state.

Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad has been crowned “the Palestinian Ben-Gurion. However, the he Palestinians barely produce anything. Most of their GDP comes from government expenditures by the PA itself.

The Palestinians receive immense sums donated by the world. Tax collection is almost unheard of, aside from the taxes collected by the Israeli government, which provides the PA with roughly USD 120 million monthly, comprising about 40 per cent of the PA’s budget.

The situation is even more extreme in Gaza, where the PA spends 57 per cent of its budget. Fayyad hands over salaries and allowances to 150,000 people, yet tens of thousands of them don’t work, while others receive two salaries: one from Fayyad and another from Hamas.

About two years ago, the World Bank demanded that Fayyad not only cut down PA salaries (no results thus far), but also that he minimize the second-highest PA budget clause: Payments aimed at covering electricity and water bills which PA residents refuse to pay. The accumulated electricity debt of Gaza residents stands at USD 2.7 billion. This constitutes about 8 per cent of the PA’s budget.

Two years ago, Fayyad attempted to force PA residents to present proof of payment on their electricity bills before receiving government allowances. The PA’s  «public service sector» immediately embarked on a warning strike, and Fayyad backed down.

A few months ago, Hamas stopped handing over to the Palestinian fuel authority the sums of money collected from Gaza residents who do pay for electricity. This was the reason for the latest fuel crisis in Gaza.

Fayyad is the most moderate guy in the PA leadership. But he has no base of support, isn’t a Fatah member, and doesn’t really represent Palestinian thinking. He is in office only to keep Western donors happy. He knows his Fatah bosses, Palestinian constituents, and Hamas enemies would throw him out if he offered the slightest concession to Israel and demanded any less than everything they want.

The Old and the New Covenant

February 10, 2010

Isaiah 45 2:4

2 I will go before you
and will level the mountains [a] ;
I will break down gates of bronze
and cut through bars of iron.

3 I will give you the treasures of darkness,
riches stored in secret places,
so that you may know that I am the LORD,
the God of Israel, who summons you by name.

4 For the sake of Jacob my servant,
of Israel my chosen,
I summon you by name
and bestow on you a title of honor,
though you do not acknowledge me.

John 1:11
He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him

Daily bread from the life of Y´shua

February 10, 2010

John 3:13

No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven—the Son of Man.

This verse is used by promoters of soul sleep, the believe that there is not a soul in Heaven. All who have died are waiting for the final day of Judgment.  But just tell me: Have anyone ever «gone» into Heaven, I mean ascended into Heaven in their own strenght?  That is what Jesus has done several times. He took the Jews out of Egypt.  Moses and Elijah appeared in front of Him during the transfiguration. He commanded them. Elijah was raptured, only to return from Heaven at the appointed time. Not in flesh, but as an Angel on the command of God.

Jordanian King threatens Israel with looming war

February 9, 2010

«Either you give us your land, or there will be another war»

They both agree that Israel is the problem. King Abdullah of Jordan and President Barack Hussein Obama.

This is the message to the Jewish people from King Abdullah of Jordan. The King does not say this with play words. He just play around with the message from President Ahmadinejad, using a more diplomatic language. Like Israel being the reason why the Middle East is «doomed to decades of instability», and that war is an «invisible line in the sand».

The Jordanian king also accusing the politicians of Israel, to go against the Jewish people, who basically agrees with Muslims.

«The overwhelming majority of Israelis and Palestinians want a two-state solution as soon as possible … The problem is getting past the politicians to the people … The Israelis are so disheartened that they don’t believe this is going to happen» Abdullah said.

«Our challenge and the international community’s challenge is reaching out to the Israeli public and saying – Do you want to continue being «Fortress Israel?» We want a two-state solution so that you can be accepted into the neighborhood», Abdullah explained.

Source: Jerusalem Post.

Iran, Syria, Lebanon and Jordan now all speaks the same language to Israel.

«If you do not do as we tell you, we will go to war».

The only country left is Egypt, than we have the came coalition back that has fought and lost three wars with Israel.

Its funny how the losers of all these war think they can dictate the peace.

The King of Jordan is the head of the Palestinian state, that was proposed before Word War II. The promoted state was to be formed east of the River Jordan, and named «Transjordan». The people living there was called «Palestinians» by the Britishers. The majority of the citizens of the Kingdom of Jordan still call them selves «Palestinians».

The land area occupied by United Kingdom west of the Jordan river, the so-called «West Bank» was to become a Jewish homeland. All of it.

But the the Arabs living east of the river Jordan disagreed, and tried to destroy the full of Israel from its birth. During the war in independence Jordan attacked and occupied the West Bank, including the eastern part of Jerusalem.

In 1967, in another bid to destroy Israel, the Arabs did not only loose the war. Israel gained the rest of the Jewish homeland, and liberated the area that was supposed to be theirs.

This land should remain under Jewish control, and the Arabs should sign a peace treaty with Israel and let the Jews live in peace. Only if that can be done, there will be peace. To force Israel into a peace for Jewish land, will be a false peace. Only one more step closer to an Islamic destruction of the Jewish state.

This is the truth.

The UN kept and prolongs a «Palestinian refugee problem»

February 9, 2010

Without UN funding, the issue of Palestinian refugees would have gone away a long time ago.

A Jewish professor tell the shamful truth about the United Nations.

This is a statement by Prof. Nitza Nachmias of the Jewish-Arab Center in Haifa University. She says that it wasn’t for UNRWA and its half-billion dollar annual budget, the Palestinian refugee problem would have been solved long ago.

There is no such thing as Palestinian refugees. If people would stop calling the places in which they live ‘refugee camps,’ then they would see that these places are just like villages and towns anywhere else, and the inhabitants are totally rehabilitated, Nachmias told Arutz Sheva’s Shimon Cohen on Sunday.

She continued:
«Refugee camps are like the maabarot [in which Israel housed its hundreds of thousands of new immigrants from North Africa and elsewhere] in the 1950’s or the camps now in Haiti – not the villages with streets and stone houses in what is known as Palestinian refugee camps of today».

«They are rehabilitated better than refugees who are not supported by UNRWA», Nachmias said. «Practically, factually and legally, there is no such thing as ‘Palestinian refugees.’ … Refugee camps are a fiction, and most of those who claim to be refugees have already been integrated into other countries».

Prof. Nachmias, a senior researcher at the Jewish-Arab Center who also teaches in Asheklon College and the University of Maryland, feels that Israel has taken the wrong approach in dealing with this issue:

«We can’t simply push it off to the ‘final status talks’ and say, -We don’t accept the demand for the right-of-return because it will destroy the Jewish character of our state-

What do they care about our Jewish character?

If they deserve to be here, then it’s tough luck on us! Rather, Israel should take a pro-active approach, basing itself on international law and precedents, and declare that the Palestinian refugee issue no longer exists. They are no longer refugees». ”

Rules for Palestinians are Different?

«According to international law,” Nachmias explains, “a refugee is an individual or family that was forced to run away – but this definition does not extend to children [of the original refugees], a community or a group. The only exception to this rule is the Palestinians, for whom the international laws are apparently different»

If it wasn’t for UNRWA, Nachmias indicates, the issue of Palestinian refugees would have gone away a long time ago:

A lucky Islamic soldier. Fed by United Nations, and kept in camps as a tool used by Islam to target Israel.

«UNRWA is [no longer] a welfare agency, but rather an international employment agency for the Palestinians. UNRWA has 30,000 Palestinian employees, with 100 international experts at the helm. It is the biggest employer of Palestinians, and has an annual budget of a half-billion dollars. I discovered documents of pension funds of over a billion dollars a year, managed by brokers in Switzerland. All this for what is defined as a ‘welfare agency’ whose mandate is renewed every three years».

My comment:

Why is there no Jewish refugees today?

What happened to 800.000 Jews who were forced to leave Arab countries and Persia?

The answer is simple. The state of Israel absorbed them, and gave them citizenship, along with two million Muslims that refused to flee the war zone because of Arabic pressure.

What happened to the Muslims that declined David Ben Gurion`s offer to stay behind in Israel?

What happened to the Arabs who were told by Arabs that they would return to a new Arab nation, as soon as the Jewish Zionist state was defeated?

These Arab Muslims left Israel, lost the war, and ended up in so-called «Palestinian refugee camps». Fooled by their own Arab brethren, They were all quickly denied citizenship in 21 Arabic nations. The truth is that Arabs made their own Muslim brethren «eternal refugees», to be used as a political tool in the never ending bid to destroy the winner, the Jewish state.

Taxi Jihad in Oslo targets media freedom

February 9, 2010

The Norwegian Daily «Dagbladet» published cartoons of Muhammad. In response 1000 Muslim taxi drivers have started to boycott their customers in the Norwegian capital.

A Muslim taxi driver praying besides his taxi in New York.

A thousand taxi drivers of Muslim background interrupted their work late Friday, early Saturday morning in protest of the Oslo-Prophet Muhammad cartoons. The reason: The Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet, released on Wednesday one of the illustrations on its front page.

Spontaneous demonstration was launched on Friday evening, and urged the busy men behind the wheel to park their cars during the period of two and four o’clock. According to police, the protest went peacefully. Monday, the taxi drivers continued their protests.

Dagbladet used the drawings to illustrate a story, according to which the security police PST’s website has a link to the infamous cartoon images that have given rise to such bad blood. In the drivers’ view, the publication of the picture, was once again unnecessary.

- We wanted to show our opposition to it that makes a mockery of our values, “said the driver Munir Rashad.

Taxi drivers linked to gangs

A large number of Oslo taxi drivers already have been charged with tax evasion and welfare fraud. Now Oslo police suspect around 40 drivers and even more taxi owners of having close contact with Pakistani gangs, and operating as couriers of arms and drugs.

Source: Multiple Media.

My comment:

The Norwegian Government need to cripple this Taxi Jihad in its infancy. If not, Oslo will soon be turn into Karachi.

What will be the next?

Kebab restaurants refusing to serve newspaper readers?

Nurses refusing to give patients medicine?

Many of the Muslim taxi drivers are Norwegian Citizens. Its no longer possible to deport them back to Pakistan, to a country where they do not have to be troubled by democracy and freedom of expression.
